95 mm Lid Series / LF-LC95

LARGE CAPACITY FOOD STORAGE JARS SERIES

A 200 ml to 3,000 ml square PET jar with a 95 mm screw lid, an integrated carry handle and a TPE sealing ring co-injected into the cap. Built for the volumes a kitchen actually uses: kimchi and pickled radish, dried shrimp and scallops, a kilo of dried mushrooms, rice and beans. The wide 95 mm mouth takes a whole cabbage leaf or a ladle, the handle lets a full 3 L jar be carried in one hand, and the seal holds a −0.06 MPa vacuum — so brine stays inside the jar instead of on the shelf, and the contents keep the texture they were packed with.

Where this jar works best

A big jar fails in two ways: it is too heavy to lift, or it does not actually close. Both end with the contents on the floor or on the shelf. This size class is where the closure and the handle stop being decoration — a 3 L jar of brine weighs over 3 kg, and one hand has to be enough to move it from the counter to the fridge and back.

  • Kimchi & pickled radish — 2,000–3,000 ml; whole leaves and long sticks go in without being cut to fit.
  • Pickled cucumber, chilli & garlic — 500–2,000 ml, brine stays in the jar, not on the shelf.
  • Dried shrimp, scallop & fish — 1,000–3,000 ml; the load stays dry and the smell stays inside.
  • Dried mushrooms & fungi, bulk — 2,000 ml and up; caps are poured in, not stacked.
  • Rice, beans, flour & cereals — 1,000–3,000 ml on the counter, clear body so the level is visible at a glance.

Why the 95 mm mouth

At this diameter the opening stops being a bottle neck and becomes a working opening: a whole napa cabbage leaf folds in, a ladle goes down to the bottom, and a hand can reach the last pickle without turning the jar upside down. It also means the jar is filled in one pour rather than in layers, which is what makes a 3 L pack economical to produce.

Why the handle is molded with the lid

A separate handle is a second part to lose, and a snap-on handle pulls off exactly when the jar is full. We mold the handle into the same PP lid as the thread, so it carries the load the thread carries. Combined with a flat base that sits without rocking, a full 3 L jar can be lifted, carried and set down with one hand.

A big jar is judged by the second trip: if the handle still feels solid when the jar is full, the pack works.

Customization

Capacity and body profile are open — 200 ml to 3 L is what the molds cover today, and a new size is a tooling project rather than a catalogue change. Lid colour matched to your Pantone reference, body in clear or a light amber tint, 1–4 colour printing on the lid, and a printed sleeve, shrink band or label applied before packing. For retail programmes we can also mold a shallow rib on the body so a label sits flat without a sleeve.

Packing & shipping

60 pcs per carton for the small sizes, fewer for 3 L; lids fitted so the ring is not distorted in transit, and the carton lined so the bodies do not rub. Carton size, pallet plan and container loading are confirmed against the exact size you order, and loading photos are sent before dispatch on every shipment.
