Stock molds start at 3,000 pcs per size in natural color, or 5,000 pcs for a custom body color. A new mold typically requires 5,000–10,000 pcs for the first run, depending on cavitation. Trial orders below MOQ are possible with a surcharge.

Yes. One to three stock samples are free of charge; you cover the courier cost, or we ship on your DHL/FedEx account. Custom colored or printed samples take 10–15 days and may carry a sample fee that is credited against the first order.

Typically 25–35 days from approved drawing to first trial parts, plus 5–7 days for samples to reach you. Simple sizes with an existing thread can be faster; complex closures with hinges or tamper bands take longer.

FDA (21 CFR 177), LFGB and EU 10/2011 declarations, migration test reports from a third-party lab, plus REACH SVHC and RoHS statements. Documents are issued per shipment on request.

30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading for new customers; L/C at sight for larger orders. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are available. Production lead time is 15–20 days for stock colors and 25–35 days for custom printing.

Yes. Jars are normally nested with lids packed separately to avoid latch stress in transit, which saves 30–40% of carton volume compared with single packing. We can also supply single-packed cartons for retail-ready shipments.
